Oh My Underwear is a small, independent company that strives to provide a wide range of trendy, affordable men’s underwear and accessories. New items are added frequently and we currently have over 500 items for our customers’ enjoyment.
Below is an updated Ordering and Delivery FAQ aimed at stressing the importance of checking your order before hitting the Pay button. By doing this, we can eliminate your frustrations with errors we receive in the orders which can affect delivery.
Placing Your Order
Before you place your order, please be sure to check your shipping address. Make sure it is entered correctly as the Post Office cannot deliver to an incorrect address.
Be sure the address you use has a safe, secure and mail-delivery-person-accessible delivery area. The Post Office will not deliver if they can’t access the delivery address. In holiday times, with porch pirates cruising the areas, this is especially important.
When a package is shown as delivered on the USPS or other countries’ postal website, Oh My Underwear is no longer responsible for the package.
If you move, please be sure to put in a forwarding address at your local post office. You can also do it online at https://www.usps.com/manage/forward.htm
If you provide an incorrect shipping address when ordering, we can usually change it if you notify us within 6 hours so we can intercept the package before it is shipped. Once it leaves the warehouse, we have no way to change an address.
Please check your sizes carefully. Avoid using the letter sizes; use the measurements provided. Note that orders cannot be refunded if you choose the incorrect size. One size only items are not returnable.
A Reminder to Check Your Order Before Clicking the Pay Button
You will normally get a confirmation immediately when your order has been placed. All orders are subject to a review process to protect our company and customers. During peak periods, the review process may extend past our goal of 24 hours. Please take note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. If you still haven't received a shipping confirmation within 72 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Our AVERAGE shipping time is between 14-35 days. You can track your order on the tracking page. Holidays and pandemics cause havoc with shipping times and we appreciate your understanding around these issues.
Currently, the USPS is not as reliable as it once was and we are experiencing some delays. We appreciate your understanding around this issue.
If you decide you need to cancel an order, we can usually accommodate your request if it is received within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time frame, we will do our best to cancel the order but cannot guarantee success.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns, exchanges and refunds must go through the Returns Center system on the website.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Here is how returns work:
- Wrong item - full refund or replacement of correct product.
- Don't Like It - full refund or store credit.
- Don't Like It (sale item) - store credit.
- Wrong size or fit - store credit or replacement to different size.
- Gift Card - not returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do not refund if you order the incorrect size. We will exchange for the right size or offer you store credit. Use the Returns Center on the website.
We offer a refund if the product is defective and pictures are provided to show the defect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We suggest you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
One discount code may be used per order. Discount codes are not valid during storewide sales and may exclude certain items or categories of merchandise.
Items purchased using discount codes are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
